All personal data collected by Télécom Saint-Étienne will be kept for a period of 10 years (120 months) from the date of collection.

Relationship management with contacts and prospects

We process the following personal data: surname, first name, company, telephone number, e-mail address.

The recovery of personal data is intended for the management of the relationship with our contacts and prospects. Subscribers to our newsletters can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.
We use the MailPoet service to send our newsletters.

Log files

We collect certain information through log files. This is mainly the following information: IP address Operating system Pages visited and requests Time and day of connection

The use of such files enables us to: ensure the security of your data obtain statistics relating to the use of our services.

Using Matomo Analytics

To ensure optimum protection of personal data, this website uses the Matomo Analytics tool to log usage data. Matomo has been approved by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) as one of the few web analytics tools that can be used to collect data without tracking consent.
The data collected is anonymized and stored only on Telecom Saint-Etienne’s server. Matomo will never use your data for its own or any other purpose.

Security
