Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise (VTE): a tool to support innovation in SMEs

VTE EN

Discover the Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise (VTE), an innovative scheme offered by our partner BPI France, Public Investment Bank since 2012.

What is the VTE?

The Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise (VTE) was created by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in November 2018. Its purpose is to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Intermediate-sized Enterprises(ISEs) in recruiting young talent in order to participate in the economic development of these human-sized companies.

Since May 2019, this innovative initiative is supported by BPI France: it encourages students or young graduates from higher education institutions to discover industrial companies such as SMEs or ETIs.

Who is it aimed at?

The VTE is aimed at students in apprenticeship (from Bac +2) or young graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) looking for a 360°, formative and inspiring experience within industrial SMEs and ETIs.

It can therefore be carried out in : Work-study (minimum one year), fixed-term contract (minimum one year) or permanent contract.

4 good reasons to choose the VTE

  • Take on real responsibilities from the outset through the many missions that will be entrusted to you
  • Be trained by the manager himself or one of the members of the management team
  • To live a formative experience of at least 1 year in the heart of a human-sized company
  • Enhance your resume with the BPI France label, which is a guarantee of quality for the HR departments of large groups

For its part, the company benefits from support and assistance mechanisms designed to encourage the recruitment of a student on work-study or a young graduate.
