On 19 June 2026, second-year engineering students (four years after A-levels) at Télécom Saint-Étienne presented the results of their Engineering Projects (PING) during the presentation phase, the final stage of the programme.
Since the projects were launched on 10 March 2026, 92 students, divided into teams of between 3 and 5 people, have been working on challenges set by partner companies and organisations. In total, 24 projects have been carried out in a variety of fields, including computer science, electronics, networks and telecommunications, imaging and photonics.

A presentation to the judging panels and project leaders
This final phase gave each team the opportunity to present their work to a panel of judges and the project sponsor. The students were thus able to review the various stages of their process, the decisions made during the project and the solutions developed to meet the needs expressed by the company.
These presentations also provided an opportunity to discuss the results achieved and the outlook for the next stages of the projects with our partners.

Télécom Saint-Étienne would like to thank all the companies, organisations and students who took part in this year’s Engineering Projects.
