Job opportunities
After the Citise, there are several options open to you:
- Continue your studies at Télécom Saint-Étienne in one of our cycles (student engineer, apprentice engineer)
- Apply for admission to ITM engineering schools such as Télécom SudParis, Télécom ParisTech, IMT Atlantique (limited number of places).
Personalized student follow-up
In the event of difficulty, or simply because you have the right to change your mind, it is possible to change direction during the course of a BUT or Bachelor’s degree.

Admissions
You are in :

To enter our Citise integrated prep school in the first year, you need to pass the Geipi Polytech competitive entrance exam.
Competition registration
Registration for the Geipi Polytech competition takes place between January 15 and March 13, 2025, on the Parcoursup website.
To start the Parcoursup procedure, choose the “Télécom Saint-Étienne” school and add it to your wish list. You will then have access to all the schools in the competition.
The Geipi Polytech competitive entrance exam is considered as a “multiple wish”. This means that it counts as only 1 of the 10 possible wishes.
To finalize your registration, you must confirm your “Concours Geipi Polytech” wish list on Parcoursup before April 2, 2025.
Registration fees for the Geipi Polytech competition are €60 for non-scholarship holders and free for scholarship holders.
2025 competition tests
File study
For students in Terminale Générale in 2024-2025, the grades taken into account are :
- of the Mathematics speciality in Première
- of the Physics-Chemistry speciality in Première
- of the Bac de Français
- the 2 scientific specialties in Terminale (Mathematics, Physics Chemistry, Life and Earth Sciences, Numerical and Computer Sciences, Engineering Sciences or Biology Ecology)
- Terminale English
The marks taken into account lead to a file mark for each candidate.
All candidates are invited to the written test on Tuesday afternoon, April 29, 2025, from 2pm to 5pm.
Written test
- A mathematics multiple-choice test with questions on the common syllabus of the complementary math option and the mathematics speciality.
- 2 written tests on 2 scientific specialties to be chosen from the following 5 scientific specialties:
- Mathematics
- Physics and chemistry
- Digital and computer sciences
- SVT
- Engineering Sciences
The choice of the 2 specialties is made on the day of the test.
All subjects are given at the start of the test. Candidates have 3 hours to deal with them.
Candidates from the following courses are eligible to apply:
- 1st year GPGE
- 1st year CUPGE
- 1st year Integrated preparatory cycle (excluding Geipi Polytech schools)
